Buncombe County – Asheville – 12 Bones Smokehouse: Baby Back Ribs

Another entry for my 100 foods in 100 counties project! The fact is, I am not a Ribs Person. Generally I find them too much work for too little payout. That is not the fact at 12 Bones Smokehouse. They are well worth the payoff. Also recommended: the mac and cheese, the collards, and any of their in house brewery beers. Skip it: the coleslaw.
