52. Learn to make paneer and mozzarella.

I have wanted to learn to make cheese for absolutely ever, because I love eating cheese, and last night I had the chance to take a class in it! My friend Nina and I went to a hands-on cheese making class at Southern Season, taught by Leslie Chartier of the Travelling Cafe, and we had an absolute blast (and got to eat a lot of cheese and other tasty things). Pictured above: the mozzarella that we made on a caprese bruschetta. What a good night.
