The District Attorneys have put out one of my favorite records of 2012 thus far, the doowop shimmering indie rock gem Slowburner, and they didn’t disappoint last night. They’ve got an amazing chemistry on stage, the harmonies of their singers are tight and clear, and the guitar work is incredible. I adored their set.

I missed Modern Skirts’ set due to a mishap with keys, which bummed me out, but Left Outlet was loads of fun and the DAs killed it. I also got a chance to sit down with Corey Flegel from This Is American Music and ask him a bunch of questions, so look for that next week.
