Rocking my world in terms of inspiration this week:
- Stop Down, a photo project by Bill Sullivan centered on shots taken as elevator doors close. Way more fascinating than the description sounds.
- Who Shot Rock & Roll: a history of rock photography. The photos are hanging in the Brooklyn Museum of Art through January 31, and there’s an NPR blog post about the book here.
- The vinyl album sleeves of the year.
- Words Become Images. Fascinating collaborative project, art from random anonymous submissions.
It rained all week. Mostly I’ve been inspired to sleep and watch the NBA.
