Sometimes good photography is about knowing the technical stuff, or knowing how to adjust the technical stuff on the fly; it’s about having a good eye, understanding composition and color. There’s a lot that goes into it — I bust my ass to get better, all the time, and to produce good images in difficult settings.
But sometimes great photography is just about splurging on the $9 Bulls tickets, and pure unadulterated good luck.
