Greene County – Snow Hill – Rouse’s Sauce Co.: Rouse’s Southern Made Barbeque Sauce

This tangy, sweet barbecue sauce with a kick was worth a trip to Rouse’s Restaurant in Snow Hill, NC, a part of the state I’d probably never have made it to otherwise. Rouse’s does great Southern home cooking, and the chicken was fabulous (and I loved the extra sauce). We paired lunch with a trip to the Cliffs of the Neuse State Park, and both are recommended!
